石煤中钒酸浸出工艺研究 兰新哲1,王耀宁1,陈向阳1,马红周1 (1.西安建筑科技大学冶金工程学院,陕西,西安,710055) 摘要:通过对陕西某地石煤钒矿的物相和化学成分分析, 依据矿物的特点确定用H_2SO_4溶液作为浸出剂从石煤钒矿中浸出钒. 实验主要研究了H_2SO_4浓度,浸出温度,液固比,浸出时间对石煤钒矿中钒的浸出率的影响. 结果表明, 在一定范围内钒的浸出率随H_2SO_4浓度及浸出温度的升高,浸出时间的延长而提高; 得出的较优条件为H_2SO_4浓度6.0 mol·L~(-1),浸出温度95 ℃,液固比为3∶ 1,浸出时间5 h, 可以使钒的浸出率达到93.83%. 关键词:石煤; 钒; 浸出; stone coal; vanadium; leaching; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

石煤提钒浸出过程研究现状与展望 王学文1,王明玉1 (1.中南大学冶金科学与工程学院,湖南,长沙,410083) 摘要:介绍了我国钒资源以及石煤的分布情况,指出了石煤提钒的难点和关键,综述了国内主要石煤提钒浸出过程的工艺条件,应用情况及各自的优缺点.空白焙烧-低酸浸出成本低,钒的浸出率高,污染少,但该技术不具有普适性;石煤碱浸出提钒,钙化焙烧提钒及石煤高酸浸出提钒,污染少,都能够获得高钒浸出率,但高的浸出成本,限制了其应用.钠化焙烧提钒普适性强,钒浸出率高,浸出液中钒的提取过程简单,在焙烧过程添加固氯剂后,产生的Cl_2和HCl气体能够75%以上被固化下来,可大大降低烟气治理的成本. 关键词:石煤; 钒; 浸出过程; 现状及进展; stone coal; vanadium; leaching processes; status and progress; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
石煤提钒配煤焙烧试验研究 胡杨甲1,黄晶1,刘涛1,张一敏1,朱晓波1,李望1 (1.武汉科技大学,资源与环境工程学院,湖北,武汉,430081) 摘要:以江西某地石煤为试验原料,采用氧化焙烧-水浸-酸浸工艺提取其中的钒,研究了原矿直接氧化焙烧及原矿经脱碳后氧化焙烧对浸出率的影响,原矿及脱碳样配煤氧化焙烧对浸出率和焙烧能耗的影响.结果表明,原矿经脱碳后氧化焙烧浸出率为80.12%,较原矿直接氧化焙烧提高11.71%;脱碳样配入5%的无烟煤,浸出率可达81.96%,氧化焙烧温度可降低30 ℃,焙烧时间缩短0.5 h,降低了生产成本. 关键词:石煤; 钒; 焙烧; 无烟煤; 浸出率; stone coal; vanadium; roasting; anthracite; leaching rate; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
