钴渣制备氢氧化高钴的试验研究杨志锋巴彦淖尔紫金有色金属有限公司摘 要:某锌冶炼公司湿法一,二期系统净化工序所产钴渣含钴低(Co4%~6%),含锌高(Zn10%~13%),直接外售不经济,拟将钴,锌从渣中分离,生产氢氧化高钴成品,以提高经济效益.公司经过多次试验确定了氧化焙烧-硫酸化焙烧-酸浸-双氧水氧化除铁-过硫酸铵氧化除锰-过硫酸铵氧化沉钴-沉钴后液除镍镉的工艺,较佳工艺条件全流程试验结果为:钴总回收率91.52%,锌总回收率90.66%;所得粗氢氧化高钴含钴50.69%,纯度94.56%,将此产品酸性洗涤除去锌镉可得到含Co(OH)3> 98%纯度的工业级氢氧化高钴成品;所得除镍,镉后液质量可达到返炼锌系统净化工序的要求.关键词:钴渣;氢氧化高钴;钴回收率;锌回收率;......
