电磁搅拌对钢包精炼炉内金属液行为的影响李炎华1,苏志坚1,赫冀成1(1.辽宁省沈阳市东北大学材料电磁过程研究教育部重点实验室)摘 要:以侧壁配备电磁搅拌系统的钢包精炼炉为背景,分别利用多普勒超声波测速仪以及激光液位仪对几种电磁搅拌方式下金属液的内部流动以及表面波动状况进行了测定及分析.研究发现,电磁搅拌可以有效促进金属液的内部流动以及表面波动,从而显著改善金属液内部的动力学条件,是提高钢包精炼效率的有效手段;不同电磁搅拌方式对金属液的内部动力学条件影响的差异明显,在不同的精炼工艺要求下,可以考虑采用不同的电磁搅......
光纤激光焊接AZ91D镁合金接头微观组织特征 刘军1,董俊慧1 (1.内蒙古工业大学,内蒙古,呼和浩特,010051) 摘要:采用光纤激光焊接AZ91D镁合金,借助金相显微镜,X射线衍射仪,扫描电镜,透射电镜分别对焊接接头的微观组织结构,相组成,断口形貌进行分析.结果表明:光纤激光焊接AZ91D镁合金,能够得到无明显缺陷的焊接接头,焊缝组织为细小的柱状晶组织,接头热影响区小.焊缝组织由过饱和α-Mg固溶体和Al_2Mg相组成,焊缝金属冷却速度较快,没有β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)脆性相析出.α-Mg晶内和晶界上有少量Al_2Mg析出物,且存在大量位错线和位错胞.断口特征为韧脆混合断裂形式,有微小裂纹存在. 关键词:光纤激光焊接; 镁合金; 显微组织; fiber laser weld; Mg alloy; microstructure; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
