Ti-6Al-4V合金多道次热轧过程有限元模拟与实验胡明1,2,董利民2,张志强2,雷晓飞2,杨锐2,沙玉辉11. 东北大学材料各向异性及织构教育部重点实验室2. 中国科学院金属研究所摘 要:采用热力耦合方法对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行了多道次热轧模拟,研究了不同道次温度和等效塑性应变的分布特点.模拟结果表明,轧制过程表面温度低于心部的温度,随轧制道次的增加,表面温度整体表现为降低过程,中心温度整体表现为先升高后降低过程.中心位置比表面位置的等效塑性应变大,表面位置与中心位置的等效塑性应变均随变形道次的增加而增大.结果表明,随着轧制道次的增加,中心显微组织变形大于表面.中心区域组织易于发生动态球化.关键词:Ti-6Al-4V合金;有限元模拟;轧制;......

文章编号:1004-0609(2010)06-1137-06 Ti-6Al-4V表面等离子合金层中渗Mo的扩散系数 李 哲1,秦 林1,马连军1,范爱兰1,张万祯2,唐 宾1 (1.太原理工大学 表面工程研究所,太原 030024; 2.平朔煤炭公司设计院,朔州 038506) 摘 要:研究采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术在Ti-6Al-4V合金表面制备Mo基改性层的Mo扩散过程.通过观察渗层截面组织形貌,测定各种合金化元素的分布情况,着重分析不同温度下不同元素的加入对Mo扩散行为的影响.结果表明:在800~950 ℃下,Ti-6Al-4V合金离子渗Mo后所得改性层厚度,Mo平均扩散系数及相同浓度下Mo的扩散系数都随温度升高而升高;由于反溅射和Ti-6Al-4V基体相变等原因,1 000 ℃时各参数反常;加入合金元素W和N使Mo的扩散系数有所降低......
