纳米Zn1-xFexSe薄膜的制备和结构研究 张连生1,张林1 (1.山东大学,物理与微电子学院,山东,济南,250100) 摘要:采用双源热蒸发方法制备了纳米Zn1-xFexSe稀释磁性半导体薄膜,根据X射线衍射谱和Raman散射谱研究了薄膜的晶体结构和声子谱特征.结果表明:Zn1-xFexSe薄膜中纳米晶粒的晶格常数随Fe含量增加而增大;通过Raman散射光谱观察到明显的声子限域效应,与ZnSe体材料相比,Zn1-xFexSe薄膜同光学声子模对应的Raman散射峰表现出宽化和红移;纳米晶粒的晶格膨胀导致Raman散射峰红移随Fe含量增多而相应加大. 关键词:纳米晶薄膜; 稀释磁性半导体; 晶体结构; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

纳米Fe-ZnSe颗粒膜的结构与磁性 张连生1,张林1 (1.山东大学物理与微电子学院,济南,250100) 摘要:采用射频溅射法制备了纳米铁磁金属-半导体基体Fe0.35(ZnSe)0.65颗粒膜,并研究了其结构和磁特性.根据颗粒膜低场磁化率x(T)温度关系和不同温度下的磁滞回线,证实了在一定的温度范围内,颗粒膜中的纳米铁颗粒表现出磁性弛豫效应.当截止温度TB=50 K时.颗粒膜的磁性由超顺磁性转变为铁磁性.在截止温度以上,其饱和磁化强度Ms(T)温度关系符合Bloch的自旋波T3/2定律,探讨分析了自旋波常数增大的原因. 关键词:Fe-ZnSe; 纳米金属颗粒膜; 结构; 超顺磁性; 自旋波; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

二六族复合半导体纳米粒子的模板制备及白色荧光(英文)邱琦,罗仲宽深圳大学摘 要:首次在室温条件制备了掺杂锰离子的复合半导体纳米材料硒化锌(ZnMnSe),该复合半导体纳米粒子以聚乙烯-聚丙烯-聚乙烯的三嵌段共聚物,对二甲苯和锌的水溶液形成的反相微乳液为模板,通入硒化氢的气体,气液相反应形成 ZnMnSe 纳米颗粒.该纳米颗粒具有与尺寸相关的荧光发射性能,其中的 ZnSe 发射峰和纳米粒子的尺寸相关,锰的发射能级基本不随粒子尺寸变化而迁移.当反应时间非常短时,观察到产物的粒子在紫外光激发下发出强烈的白色荧光.所观察到的白色荧光应该适用于任何用此法制备的复合半导体量子点材料,与复合半导体材料的种类无关.这种白色荧光的发射可能与表面原子的塌陷引起的表面能级的增加有关.进一步发展这类白色荧光材料可能对今后的照......

不同温度下ZnO/ZnSe复合结构的制备及光催化性能鲁浈浈,张琪,何杨重庆交通大学土木工程学院摘 要:以氧化锌(ZnO),硒粉(Se)以及硼氢化钠(NaBH4)为原料,采用浸渍覆膜法,在不同保温温度下(50,70和90℃),制备出具有核壳结构的ZnO/ZnSe纳米光催化材料.采用透射电子显微镜(TEM),拉曼光谱(RAMAN),紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis),光催化性能测试等手段对其样品的结构,形貌以及光催化性能进行了表征.通过测试复合结构对一氧化氮(NO)的降解能力,评估其光催化效率.结果表明,样品的保温反应温度越高,附着在ZnO晶体表面的ZnSe颗粒越密集,纳米棒的核壳结构越明显,制备的ZnO/ZnSe样品在金卤素灯照射下降解氮氧化物的速率与降解效果也越明显.但考虑到制备过程的便捷,环保等因素......
