掺微量Zr的Al-Mg合金的原子成键与力学性能高英俊,黄创高,韦银燕,蓝志强,刘慧摘 要:运用固体经验电子理论(EET),对掺微量Zr的Al-Mg合金的价电子结构进行计算.从价电子结构层次阐明加入微量Zr对Al-Mg合金原子成键产生的强烈作用,是合金硬度,强度和晶粒热稳定性提高的内在原因.结果表明,Zr与Al原子存在强的结合倾向,易在合金熔体中生成粗大的初生Al3Zr颗粒,起非匀质形核细化晶粒作用.在合金凝固过程中,易形成Al-Zr晶胞原子偏聚区,在基体析出细小弥散的次生Al3Zr颗粒,起到增强合金基体的共价键络的作用.关键词:金属材料;Al-Mg合金;力学性能;共价键;晶粒细化;......
不同Zr质量分数对7003铝合金凝固过程的影响冯艳飞,赵鑫,杨路,王克,郑建辽宁忠旺集团有限公司摘 要:采用数值计算方法,计算分析了不同Zr质量分数对7003铝合金凝固过程中相组成,析出温度和力学性能的影响.研究计算结果表明:7003铝合金中含Zr元素主要为Al3Zr相.当Zr质量分数分别为0.04%,0.08%,0.12%,0.16%,0.20%时,Al3Zr相趋于稳定平衡的质量分数分别为0.075%,0.15%,0.23%,0.30%,0.38%.添加Zr有利于加快冷却温度降低,缩短结晶过程,从而显著提高合金的力学性能.关键词:7003铝合金;Zr质量分数;相组成;力学性能;......
