含硫介质中化学镀Ni-P合金镀层耐蚀性研究 冯拉俊1,马小菊1,雷阿利1 (1.西安理工大学材料科学与工程学院,西安,710048) 摘要:用场发射扫描电子显微镜,X射线光电子能谱仪及X射线衍射仪分析Ni-P合金镀层表面的形貌,组成及结构,用恒电位极化曲线法研究了Ni-P合金镀层在Na2S溶液中的腐蚀行为,通过重量法测试了Ni-P合金镀层在不同温度,不同质量分数Na2S溶液中的腐蚀速率.结果表明:Ni-P合金镀层为非晶态镀层,表面具有胞状结构;在Na2S质量分数一定的条件下,Ni-P合金镀层腐蚀的阳极过程随着温度的升高,钝化区域逐渐变窄. 关键词:化学镀; 镍磷合金; 非晶态; 腐蚀速率; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

Zr-8Al合金酸性化学镀Ni-P镀层马静1,李强1,2,3,毛磊1,国栋1,李建辉1,21. 河北科技大学材料科学与工程学院2. 燕山大学机械学院3. 燕山大学亚稳材料科学与制备技术国家重点实验室摘 要:采用酸洗粗化,磷化处理等预处理,然后再采用酸性化学镀在Zr-8Al合金表面成功制备了厚度为15μm左右的Ni-P镀层,并对镀层的物相,结构,显微硬度以及在3.5%NaCl溶液中的极化行为进行了分析.结果表明,酸洗及磷化处理有效地促进了化学镀Ni-P镀层的沉积.化学镀Ni-P镀层成典型的胞状结构,非晶结构.与未化学镀合金相比,化学镀Ni-P镀层显微硬度提高了58%,在3.5%溶液中的自腐蚀电位发生了正移.腐蚀极化后仍然保留了胞状特征,避免了Zr-8Al合金的选择性腐蚀,说明化学镀Ni-P镀层提高了......
