具有阴极电泳涂层AM50镁合金与钢接触电偶腐蚀 吴超云1,沈阳2,张津1,曾荣昌2 (1.北京科技大学,北京,100083;2.重庆工学院,重庆,400050) 摘要:研究了AM50裸镁合金及在裸镁合金上进行阴极电泳处理,硅烷预处理再阴极电泳处理3种不同样件与Q235钢螺栓连接在5%NaC1水溶液中浸泡的腐蚀规律,仔细观察对比3种不同表面状态的镁合金在不同时间浸泡后的表面腐蚀情况,测定各自的腐蚀速率,对腐蚀后的区域进行微观分析,并用腐蚀模型对其腐蚀的行为规律进行了解释.结果表明:镁合金可以通过阴极电泳处理获得耐蚀防护涂层,硅烷预处理可以进一步提高电泳膜层与基体的附着力,从而大大提高镁合金与钢螺栓接触的耐电偶腐蚀性;AM50镁合金与Q235钢螺栓接触电偶腐蚀的影响区面积不随腐蚀时间的延长而增大,其电偶腐蚀速度沿纵深方向(与螺栓接触方向)比横向的均匀腐蚀速度快. 关键词:电偶腐蚀......

镁基准晶对AM50合金组织与性能的影响马德志,王峰,王志,刘正,毛萍莉沈阳工业大学摘 要:通过普通凝固方法制备含高体积分数准晶相的Mg-48Zn-13Y(MZY)准晶中间合金.利用OM,SEM,EDS,XRD及拉伸试验研究了MZY准晶对AM50合金显微组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明:向AM50合金中添加MZY准晶后,组织中可保留Mg3Zn6Y准晶相,并使合金组织得到明显地细化;组织中β-Mg17Al12相的数量减少,且形貌由粗大连续网状向断续条状及颗粒状转变.其中,当MZY准晶加入量为6%(质量分数)时,合金组织最为细小,合金的抗拉强度,屈服强度及伸长率达到峰值,分别为202.92 MPa,100.57 MPa和10.8%,其比AM50合金分别提高了24.59%,74.9%和66.15%.外加MZY准......
