溶胶凝胶模板法制备氧化锡纳米纤维 郭玉忠1,周小龙1,杨宁1,王剑华1 (1.昆明理工大学,云南省新材料制备与加工重点实验室,云南,昆明,650093) 摘要:采用溶胶凝胶模板法成功制备出氧化锡纳米纤维,研究了氧化锡纳米纤维的显微组织及用作锂电池电极时的电化学性能.扫描电镜观察发现,氧化锡纳米纤维有规则地排列着,并且相互平行.X射线衍射分析表明,氧化锡纳米纤维是晶体结构.把它用作锂电池电极时能得到好的循环性能和高的容量,经过多次循环后仍能具备好的充放电性能. 关键词:氧化锡纳米纤维; 电极; 锂离子电池; AAO模板; 溶胶凝胶; SnO2 nanofibers; electrodes; Li-ion batteries; AAO template; sol-gel; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
