膨胀单体改性液态光学胶的制备及性能孙金媛,黄家健,周华俊,叶杰欣,刘小平,杨卓鸿华南农业大学理学院应用化学系摘 要:以三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚和原碳酸四乙酯为原料制备了一种透明且含有双键的膨胀单体3,9-二乙基-3,9丙烯氧甲基-1,5,7,11-四氧杂螺[5,5]十一烷(SOC),使用傅里叶变换红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱对产物结构进行了表征.通过热稳定性,附着力,凝胶率和体积收缩率测试等分析方法,探讨了SOC加入量对液态光学胶性能的影响.结果表明,胶粘剂UV固化后的附着力和凝胶率随膨胀单体的加入先增加后减少,但热稳定性持续降低.当膨胀单体加入量为10%15%时,胶粘剂体系无体积收缩且胶粘剂具有优异的综合性能.关键词:UV固化;膨胀单体;液态光学胶;体积收缩率;......
Al添加量对水性UV/Al低红外发射率涂层性能的影响闫小星,王琳南京林业大学家居与工业设计学院摘 要:为改善水性UV固化涂层性能,在制备完成的水性UV固化涂料中添加Al粉填料,纳米氧化硅原浆以及KH560,通过正交试验对涂层实施优化,进一步研究Al粉添加量对水性UV固化涂层光泽度,红外发射率,明度,力学性能,耐腐蚀性等性能的影响.结果表明:Al粉添加量对于光泽度的影响更加显著,其次是UV固化时间和纳米氧化硅原浆添加量.研究Al粉添加量的关键作用时发现,当Al粉添加量从10.0%提高到25.0%时,涂层光泽度从19.1%下降到8.5%;当Al粉添加量从10.0%提高到40.0%时,涂层红外发射率值从0.649下降到0.083,涂层的明度L’值逐渐增大并趋向于稳定,此外涂层的力学性能均能达到优异层次.含......
