镍纳米管阵列的电沉积合成及其磁学性能表征 冯志君1,李祥子1 (1.皖南医学院化学教研室,芜湖,241000;2.安徽师范大学化学与材料科学学院,芜湖,241000) 摘要:以氧化铝膜为模板,金属汞为电阴极,采用简单的直流电沉积方法制备出高度有序的镍纳米管阵列.利用扫描电子显微镜,透射电子显微镜,选区电子衍射,能谱仪,X射线粉末衍射和样品振动磁强计对样品进行形貌表征,成分及磁性能分析.结果表明,阵列中的镍纳米管彼此平行,尺寸均匀,纳米管外径为260~360nm;镍纳米管阵列表现出良好的磁各向异性,其易磁化方向垂直于镍纳米管阵列.以金属汞为电阴极是易形成纳米管的关键条件. 关键词:电沉积; 镍纳米管; 氧化铝模板; 磁学性能; electrodeposition; Ni nanotubes; alumina template; magnetism property; [全文内容......

醇热法合成MCM-48单晶 杨辉1,谢飞1 (1.浙江大学,浙江,杭州,310027) 摘要:以CTAB作模板剂,用1种简单的方法合成了具有晶体形貌的MCM-48颗粒.研究发现用乙醇作为辅助共溶剂对产物的微结构产生了重要影响,乙醇能够聚集在CTAB胶束的端基与水溶液的交界面,从而增加了胶束的端基表面积,使产物容易由六方相向立方相转化.XRD,SEM,TEM和氮气吸附等手段对产物的分析表明:单晶MCM-48具有较高的比表面积,孔容,及均一的孔径分布,用这种方法合成的MCM-48单晶能够在催化剂,吸附剂等领域得到应用. 关键词:MCM-48单晶:CTAB; 模板剂; MCM-48; single crystals-likemorphology; CTAB; template; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
