钕对番茄叶挥发性物质诱导效应的研究 李光友1,陈靠山1,田黎1,何培青1 (1.国家海洋局第一海洋研究所,山东,青岛,266061;2.山东大学生命科学学院,山东,济南,250100;3.青岛科技大学生物学,山东,青岛,266042) 摘要:以Nd3+诱导番茄叶,测定其对番茄叶挥发性物质组成和含量的影响. 结果表明,番茄叶经60 mg·L-1 Nd3+ 诱导120 h后,挥发性物质的总含量较对照组的增加57%;氧合脂类,萜类化合物,芳香族化合物的含量分别较对照组的提高73%,38%和32%. 含量最高组分(E)-2-己烯醛较对照组的提高74%. 含量显著性提高的组分还包括萜类化合物的β-水芹烯和α-石竹烯,芳香族化合物的丁子香酚,分别较对照组的提高129%,65%和309%. 不同浓度的Nd3+均可促进挥发性物质的释放,且随诱导时间呈不同的变化趋势. 一定浓度的Nd3+还可诱导番茄......
