铌离子注入锆-4合金的高压釜蒸汽腐蚀行为 白新德1,周青山2,田振业2,薛祥义1 (1.清华大学材料科学与工程系,北京,100084;2.西北有色金属研究院,陕西,西安,710016) 摘要:本文研究了铌离子注入对锆-4合金在400℃和500℃,10.3 MPa高压釜中蒸汽腐蚀行为的影响.试验结果表明:铌离子注入能够改善锆-4合金抗400℃和500℃高压蒸汽腐蚀性能,并且,比较而言对500℃蒸汽腐蚀性能提高的程度更为显著.为了理解铌离子注入影响的机理,应用SEM,XRD,XPS等分析手段分析了氧化膜的形貌,相结构,注入元素的价态及组成. 关键词:锆-4合金; 铌离子注入; 蒸汽腐蚀; zircaloy-4; steam corrosion; niobium ion implantation; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
