高阻尼TiNi合金 谭拴斌1,张小明1,王小鹏2,王立新1,王学成3 (1.西北有色金属研究院,陕西,西安,710016;2.西安交通大学,机械工程学院,陕西,西安,710049;3.绍兴越秀外国语职业学院,浙江,绍兴,312000) 摘要:等原子比的TiNi合金除具有独特的形状记忆效应,超弹性效应和良好的耐磨耐蚀性外,还有着优异的阻尼性能,为当前几种最著名的高性能减振合金之一.用自蔓延高温合成(燃烧合成)法制备了孔洞发达,形状不规则,相对孔隙度50%左右的多孔TiNi合金.多孔体密度为3.15g/cm3,压缩强度270MPa,压缩变形率20%,压缩弹性模量2.5GPa.其阻尼性能比相同成分的致密TiNi合金提高了50%以上,对振动的衰减比致密TiNi合金高一个数量级. 关键词:高阻尼金属; 多孔材料; TiNi合金; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

电子辐照影响TiNi形状记忆合金R相变的研究 卢铁城1,霍永忠2,封向东1,林理彬1,王治国1,祖小涛1 (1.四川大学物理系,;2.四川大学金材系,) 摘要:用能量为1.7MeV不同注量的电子辐照了TiNi形状记忆合金,通过温度控制使辐照在合金的R相状态进行,发现辐照使合金的奥氏体逆转变开始温度A 和结束温度Af升高,随着辐照注量的增加有增大的趋势,且奥氏体转变滞后也有所增大;R相转变开始点Rs和转变结束点Rf略有增加.XRD结果表明电子辐照造成了R相点阵畸变,随辐照注量的增加有增大的趋势.这一变化被认为是辐照引入的点缺陷导致了R相稳定化,并且部分缺陷钉扎了R相界面造成的.这一结果为记忆合金相变点的调节提供了新方法. 关键词:电子辐照; 形状记忆合金; R相变; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
