油酸/正丁醇/碳酸钠微乳液萃取钴的研究王建宏1,朱小轩1,陈家庆1,李扬1(1.北京市北京石油化工学院)摘 要:对油酸/正丁醇/碳酸钠微乳体系进行萃取钴的研究,考察料液中酸的浓度,料液浓度,乳水比,搅拌时间和搅拌转速对钴的萃取率的影响,结果表明,随着料液中酸浓度的升高,萃取率升高,随着料液中钴浓度的升高,萃取率下降.最佳的操作条件为乳水比1∶2.5,搅拌时间2min,搅拌转速200r/min,在此条件下,其萃取效率>80%.进一步的展望表明,油酸/正丁醇/碳酸钠微乳体系有用于铜/钴,锌/钴,镍/钴分离的可......
