超低氧钢中硫化钙夹杂析出的热力学讨论及控制杨俊1,王新华1,王万军1(1.北京市北京科技大学 冶金与生态工程学院)摘 要:对超低氧试验钢中硫化钙夹杂析出的热力学分析表明,在本试验钢成分条件下,钢液在液相线温度以上不会自发生成硫化钙夹杂,硫化钙夹杂是钢液凝固过程中,随着钢液中[Al],[S]溶解度的降低,[S]与钢液中较低熔点的CaO-Al2O3类及CaO-MgO-Al2O3夹杂物表层的CaO反应析出形成;同时,通过计算得到,本试验钢在凝固过程中不析出硫化钙夹杂的条件为将硫的质量分数控制在0.0004%以下.

某矿全尾废石混合处置体性能研究李涛,王洪江,吴爱祥,孙伟北京科技大学土木与环境工程学院摘 要:通过单轴压缩,凝结时间及塌落度试验,研究了某矿全尾废石混合处置体的性能与灰砂比及料浆浓度之间的关系规律.试验结果表明:混合处置体抗压强度主要与灰砂比相关,与料浆浓度关系不大,而凝结时间,塌落度及扩散度主要与料浆浓度相关,与灰砂比几乎没有关系;混合处置体的28 d抗压强度应介于1.0~2.0MPa,灰砂比应小于1∶12,质量浓度应取81%~83%.关键词:全尾砂;混合处置体;灰砂比;料浆浓度;......
