(Al2O3+Al3Zr)p/Al-22Si铝基复合材料的制备及摩擦学性能陈登斌,霍晓阳,张松利,赵玉涛摘 要:在Al-22Si-Zr(CO3)2体系中,用熔体原位反应法制备了内生Al2O3和Al3Zr颗粒增强铝基复合材料,用XRD,EPMA,SEM等方法对复合材料进行物相和显微组织分析;用磨损试验机测试了复合材料的室温干滑动摩擦磨损性能,并对其磨损机制进行了分析.结果表明:复合材料的磨损性能比基体合金有显著提高,随着内生Al2O3和Al3Zr颗粒体积分数的增加,复合材料的耐磨性能逐渐提高;随载荷增加,复合材料的摩擦因数呈降低趋势,且颗粒体积分数越大,摩擦因数越低;随颗粒体积分数的增大,复合材料的磨损机制由粘着磨损+磨粒磨损向磨粒磨损转变.关键词:高硅铝合金;铝基复合材料;摩擦磨损性能;......
微合金化对原位合成(Al2O3+Al3Zr)p/A356复合材料显微组织与力学性能的影响汪长勤,赵玉涛,张松利,陈刚,孙洪强江苏大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:采用微合金化和熔体原位合成法制备了(Al2O3+Al3Zr)p/A356复合材料,研究了微合金化对复合材料显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:微合金化后复合材料中Al2O3和Al3Zr的尺寸更加细小,在0.5~2μm之间,分布更加均匀,颗粒形貌趋于球形,周边圆滑;其力学性能较未添加合金元素的复合材料有明显提高;当添加0.2%Mn+0.2%Cr+0.3%RE时,复合材料的抗拉强度,屈服强度和伸长率达到379 MPa,297 MPa和7.5%,分别提高了32.5%,37.5%和59.5%;其断裂形式属韧性断裂;其强化机制主要有Orwan强化,细晶强化......
