7075铝合金缸体的失效分析姜伟,段安婧三一重工股份有限公司摘 要:对在工作中发生断裂的7075铝合金缸体进行了化学成分分析,室温拉伸试验和断口形貌分析,以找到其失效的原因,给出相应的改进措施.结果表明:镁元素含量低于标准导致合金力学性能降低是该铝合金缸体失效的主要原因;阳极氧化膜上的微孔在循环应力作用下沿着机加工痕迹扩展形成疲劳源;随着应力循环的加剧,裂纹快速扩展,最终使缸体发生疲劳断裂.关键词:7075铝合金;断口形貌;失效分析;......

时效和回归处理对7075铝合金力学及腐蚀性能的影响 刘培英1,朱国伟1,李荻1,郭宝兰1,刘继华1 (1.北京航空航天大学材料学院,北京,100083) 摘要:用维氏硬度计和慢应变速率拉(SSRT)技术研究了7075铝合金以不同制度时效和回归处理后的强度和应力腐蚀断裂(SCC)行为.结果表明:7075铝合金的强度,硬度和SCC敏感性与时效温度和时间密切相关.对于单级时效,峰时效7075-T6铝合金的强度最大,但其SCC敏感性也最大.过时效T7351及A180能显著提高合金的耐SCC性,SSRT拉伸断裂强度却下降约20%.多级时效,回归再时效(RRA)不仅能降低7075铝合金的应力腐蚀敏感性,而且能保持较高的强度. 关键词:回归再时效(RRA); 沉淀硬化; 应力腐蚀断裂(SCC); 慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT); [全文内容正在添加中] ......
