a,c和晶胞体积V均随着F-置换量的增加呈线性减小,晶胞参数a和c的变化率相近.荧光体中Eu2+和Eu3+共存,Eu2+3d5/2与Eu3+3d5/2电子结合能分别为1128.4和1136.3 eV,Eu2+的3d5/2与3d3/2的电子结合能差为28.4 eV.Eu2+和Eu3+的3d5/2态XPS峰面积比为6.9∶1.激发光谱由Eu3+的两个电荷迁移(CTS)带和f-f跃迁激发线组成,x=0,1的试样中出现了Eu2+的f-d跃迁强激发谱带.激发到Eu3+的电荷迁移态或激发Eu2+,除了来自Eu3+的5D0能级的发射之外,还观察到了5D1能级的强发射和5D2能级的弱发射,并且激发Eu2+时5D1→7F4发射强度超过5D0→7F2,没有出现Eu2+的明显发射,Eu2+对Eu3+发光起到很好的敏化作用.5DJ(J>0)高能级发射来自4f格位的Eu3+发光中心,Eu2+的敏化起关键作用......

稀土离子掺杂对长余辉发光玻璃发光性能的影响 陈文新1,黄浪欢1,刘应亮1 (1.暨南大学化学系,广东,广州,510632) 摘要:选择制备了系列Eu2+,Dy3+共掺杂的硼铝酸锶长余辉发光玻璃.利用发光光谱,余辉衰减曲线,热释光谱系统研究了稀土离子掺杂对长余辉玻璃发光性能的影响.研究结果表明,不同掺量组合的Eu2+及Dy3+对长余辉玻璃发光性能有不同影响,在Eu2+及Dy3+掺量比为1:1(摩尔比)的情形下,随Eu2+离子掺量的增多,发光性能下降;在Eu2+及Dy3+掺量比为l:2的情形下,随Eu2+离子掺量的增多,发光性能增强.在此实验基础上,围绕缺陷形态及其与稀土离子间的能量传递,提出了可能的长余辉机制. 关键词:长余辉; 发光玻璃; 稀土离子; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

稀土激发的CaMgSi2O6的长余辉发光特性 常程康1,毛大立1,姜岭1 (1.上海交通大学,材料科学与工程学院,金属基复合材料国家重点实验室,上海,200030) 摘要:使用固相反应法在还原气氛中制备了具有长余辉性能的CaMgSi2O6发光材料.研究了不同的共激发离子(Dy3+和Nd3+)对于材料发光性能的影响.光谱分析表明了这些磷光体在438nm处有一个宽的发射峰,这个发射峰是由Eu2+的4f65d1能级到4f7能级的跃迁所导致的,而Eu2+在透辉石中形成六配位的发光中心.获得的3种磷光体都具有长余辉发光性能.其中共掺杂Eu2+和Dy3+材料比单掺Eu2+和共掺Eu2+和Nd3+的材料具有更好的余辉强度和更长的余辉时间,其原因在于Dy3+在CaMgSi2O6晶格中形成了更深的和更高密度的陷阱. 关键词:发光; 稀土; 固相反应法; 长余辉; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
Al2O3/蒙脱土:Eu2+架状结构发光材料的制备及发光性能研究王琦,李友芬,齐士成北京化工大学材料电化学过程与技术北京重点实验室摘 要:采用高温固相法,在还原气氛下制备出Al2O3/蒙脱土:Eu2+光致发光材料.研究了原料配比,烧结温度,保温时间以及激活剂Eu2+的含量对发光性能的影响.实验结果表明:加入蒙脱土后,所制备的样品仍保持Al2O3的架状结构,晶格常数发生变化,晶体产生畸变,使得Eu2+更容易进入到晶格中.荧光光谱分析显示,发射光谱是两个宽峰组成,对应于Eu2+的4f65d→4f7(8S7/2)宽带允许跃迁.发光机制分析认为,宽峰结构由Eu0.92[Al1.76Si2.24O8]新相产生,生成的新相增加了Eu2+的取代格位,形成新的发光中心.因此Eu2+不仅取代了Al2O3八面体中Al的格......
