718钢模块内部缺陷产生原因黄鑫,马苏,卞继杨摘 要:采用718钢锭加工制造模块时,发现探伤不符合GB/T 6402-2008标准Ⅲ级要求.采用化学成分分析,低倍检验,金相检验和断口分析等方法对缺陷产生的原因进行了分析.结果表明:该模块探伤不合格是内部白点缺陷造成的.尽管718钢锭中氢元素的含量较低,但模块加工制造后快速冷却且未进行去氢退火处理,导致模块内部产生白点缺陷.通过改善母材质量,增加缓冷及去氢退火工序可预防白点缺陷的产生.关键词:718钢;模块;超声波探伤;白点;氢;内应力;......

Inconel 718合金中δ相溶解动力学及对缺口敏感性的影响蔡大勇,张伟红,刘文昌,肖福仁,姚枚,孙贵东,陈宗霖,王少刚摘 要:通过X -射线衍射及高温持久试验研究Inconel 718中δ相在不同温度下溶解的动力学过程 ,以及δ相含量对缺口敏感性的影响.结果表明 ,在 980 ,10 0 0和 10 2 0℃保温过程中 ,δ相含量逐渐降低. 10 2 0℃保温 2h后δ相可完全溶入基体 ,980℃保温 30min,10 0 0℃保温 2h后δ相趋于平衡含量 3%和 0 6%.保温开始阶段 ,δ相的溶解速度较快且近似为常数 ,随着时间延长 ,溶解速度降低.δ相含量在 0 62 %~ 2 98% ,合金无缺口敏感性 ,含量低于 0 43%时导致缺口敏感. 10 0 0℃固溶合金的高温持久性能最佳......
Inconel 718合金喷丸层γ″相的析出及应力松弛蔡大勇,聂璞林,单佳萍,刘文昌,姚枚摘 要:Inconel718合金喷丸后分别在 70 0℃和 740℃进行时效处理 ,采用应力分析仪研究喷丸层的应力分布及应力松弛规律 ,并通过X射线衍射 (XRD)定量分析喷丸层及基体中γ″相的析出动力学.喷丸处理在Inconel 718合金表层形成残余压应力场 ,表面压应力约为 -5 3 0MPa,最大压应力距表面约为 0 1mm ,约 -62 0MPa.喷丸后的时效过程中 ,表面残余压应力逐渐发生松弛 ,应力松弛的动力学过程满足Zener Wert Avrami关系. 70 0℃和 740℃时效时 ,Inconel718合金喷丸层及基体中γ″相的析出动力学过程明显不同 ,喷丸处理促进了γ″相的析出......
