电子束物理气相沉积Ni-Cr-Al合金薄板微观组织研究 单英春1,赫晓东2,关春龙3 (1.大连海事大学,辽宁大连,116026;2.哈尔滨工业大学,哈尔滨,150001;3.河南工业大学,郑州,450007) 摘要:采用电子束物理气相沉积技术(EB-PVD)在温度为700℃的不锈钢基片上沉积厚度为0.2mm的Ni-Cr-Al高温合金薄板,然后将合金薄板与基片剥离.采用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),原子力显微镜(AFM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段研究了Ni-Cr-Al合金薄板的微观组织.结果表明,沿厚度方向合金具有两种不同晶粒形貌的两层结构,在沉积材料的靠近基板侧观察到柱状晶区,同时表现出{lll}织构,而在远离基板一侧晶粒形貌则为近等轴晶且无织构现象;合金表面晶粒细小均匀且呈岛状分布,每个"岛屿"由许多晶粒尺寸约为100 nm柱状晶粒组成;晶粒内部亚结......

Ni-Cr-Al合金有序化早期原子尺度的模拟 褚忠1,李永胜1,王永欣1,卢艳丽1,陈铮1 (1.西北工业大学,凝固技术国家重点实验室,陕西,西安,710072) 摘要:基于三元体系的离散格点的微观相场模型,模拟研究温度1123 K时三元合金Ni-Cr-Al有序化早期过程,通过研究沉淀过程原子图像和序参数曲线的演化,发现低饱和度合金Ni-15at.%Cr-10.5at.%Al沉淀机制为非经典形核长大,沉淀过程包括D022有序相的形核长大,L12有序相的形核和D022有序相向L12有序相的转化3个阶段.由于Cr原子替代Al原子位置,在L12有序相内两种原子占位几率接近,形成Ni3(CrxAl1-x)结构的L12有序相,并且与D022有序相共存.高饱和度合金沉淀机制为等成分有序化和失稳分解混合机制,并且有序化和簇聚过程比低饱和度合金提前. 关键词:微观相场模型; Ni-Cr-Al......
Ni-Cr-Al合金Ti+Nb微合金化前后相含量及其分布对高温性能的影响 王延庆1,彭志方2,张伟2 (1.钢铁研究总院高温材料研究所,北京,100081;2.武汉大学动力与机械学院,湖北,武汉,430072) 摘要:研究了Ni-Cr-Al合金及其Ti+Nb微合金化+时效处理后,合金中相含量及其分布对900℃拉伸及900℃/29.5MPa持久拉神性能的影响.结果表明,微合金化后,合金中γ′及M23C6相总量增加; 其900℃抗拉强度和900℃/29.5MPa持久寿命相应增加;晶界上MN相含量的增加以及M23C6相含量的减少有利于合金高温抗拉强度和持久寿命的提高. 关键词:Ni-Cr-Al合金; Ti+Nb微合金化; 时效处理; 相含量分布; 高温性能; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
