WC球磨粉碎动力学方程的探讨

摘 要:本文根据球磨粉碎功转变成物料的弹性变形能,又由弹性能转变成颗粒的表面能的原理,按照球磨粉碎能耗与被球磨物料体积成正比的推论,同时考虑物料颗粒强度的体积效应,即随着尺寸的减小颗粒强度提高,磨碎所需的时间增长,建立了脆性材料的球磨粉碎动力学方程,并通过WC粉的干式球磨试验进行验证。
Abstract: In ball milling process,the crushing work of ball milling turns into elasticdeformation energy of crushed material and then the elastic energy turns into surfa-ce energy of particles.Energy exhaustion is directly proportional to the volume ofcrushed material.In terms of this,and in consideration of the volume effect ofstrength of crushed particles(i.e.strength of particles and time needed to crush parti-cles increase with the decrease of size of particles),a crushing kinetic equation onthe ball milling of brittle material is set up.The equation is tested and verified thro-ugh dry ball milling experiment with we powder.
