摘 要:对Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy-0.8F0.8超导体TC介于114~118K的样品进行SEM和TEM结构观察.超导体的晶粒尺寸大小不一,内部孔洞较多,元素的成分分布极不均匀.含F样品存在2种结构的2223相,其中含F的2223相沿BF方向的调制周期为13.88,不含F的2223相沿B方向的调制周期为9.42,含F单胞在aB面的点阵常数略有收缩.F取代部分O是产生调制周期变长和TC提高的原因.
Abstract: The structure of the Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy-0.8F0.8 superconductors with the Tc 114~118K was determined by SEM and TEM.There are great difference in the size of crystals andmany porosities in the internal microstructure.The distribution of the element composition isvery inhomogeneous.There are two kirids of structures of the 2223 phase.The modulationperiodicity along br axis is 13.88 with doping F crystals and 9.42 without doping F crystals.The lattice parameters constrict in a b plane for doping F crystals.The modulation periodicityincrease and Tc improvement are the result of the substitution of F for patial O.
