不同车轮踏面与高速60N钢轨道岔静态接触特性研究

摘    要:为研究不同车轮踏面与高速60N钢轨道岔断面的静态接触特性,针对我国高速动车组常用的LMA,S1002CN和XP55这3种车轮踏面,选择顶宽35 mm曲尖轨所在的60N钢轨道岔断面,根据MATLAB编写迹线法程序以及通过Kalker非赫兹滚动接触CONTACT软件,分别计算轮轨静态接触时的接触几何参数与接触力学参数,以此分析轮轨的匹配性能,同时探讨不同轨道参数对接触几何的影响。研究结果表明:当LMA踏面与该60N钢轨道岔断面接触时,其匹配性能最好,能够有效延长基本轨的承载效应,减缓尖轨的疲劳损伤;S1002CN踏面的匹配性能次之,其接触状态随轮对向曲线外侧的偏移而逐渐改善,具有较强的侧向过岔能力;XP55踏面的匹配性能在三者中最差,其廓形需要优化,以此提高轮轨匹配性能,减少接触应力的集中;适当增大轨距与轨底坡、减小轮背内侧距有利于改善轮轨接触状态,以提高轮轨匹配性能。

Abstract: In order to study the static contact properties of diverse wheel treads and one rail profile of high-speed 60N turnout, three common used wheel treads named LMA, S1002CN, XP55 of high-speed EMU trains in our country and the rail profile of 60N turnout with top width of switch rail being 35 mm were chosen to calculate the geometry parameters and mechanic parameters in wheel-rail static contact, respectively. The track line method programmed by MATLAB and the CONTACT software of Kalker''''s Non-Hertz rolling contact theory were used to analyze and contrast the matching performance of wheel and rail, respectively. The impact of track parameters on the contact geometry was discussed simultaneously. The results show that when the LMA tread contacts with this rail profile of 60N turnout, the matching performance is optimal. LMA tread is good at extending the effect that the stock rail bears the wheel load and reducing the fatigue damage of the switch rail. The matching performance of S1002CN tread takes the second place. When the wheelset moves towards the direction of the outer curve, the contact condition gradually improves. S1002CN tread has a stronger ability of passing through the turnout in lateral direction. XP55 tread is the worst among the three wheel treads. In order to improve the wheel-rail matching performance and relax the concentration of stress, the XP55 tread needs optimization. Increasing both track gauge and rail cant, and decreasing the inside distance between the left and right wheel back appropriately are beneficial to the good wheel-rail contact condition, so as to enhance the wheel-rail matching performance.
