多级雾化Cu-Cr合金粉末成形后的组织和性能

摘 要:采用多级雾化快速凝固方法制取Cu-Cr合金粉末, 经热挤压使其固结成形;对合金粉末和挤压后的组织进行了观察和分析,研究了时效处理对挤压后合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明: 多级雾化法制备的Cu-Cr合金粉末颗粒呈球状或类球状, 颗粒平均尺寸为10~15 μm,晶粒尺寸可达1~2 μm。粉末在包套中经真空封装后, 在390℃温度下, 按10∶1的挤压比挤压成形, 挤压合金经时效处理后可使其导电率达到82%(IACS)以上, 显微硬度达HV170,抗拉强度为540 MPa。
Abstract: Cu-Cr alloy powder was produced by multistage atomization RS and was consolidated by hot extrusion. The microstructures of the powder and the extruded alloy were investigated. The microstructure and properties of the extruded bars after aging treatment were studied. The results show that the powder particle of the multistage atomized Cu-Cr alloy has the granular shape with a mean size about 10~15μm and a grain size about 1~2 μm, and the density of the extruded bars can be over 98% of the theoretical one under the condition of vacuum seal and preheating temperature about 390℃ and extrusion ratio 10 :1. After aging treatment, the electrical conductivity and the microhardness can reach 82% (IACS) and HV170, tensile strength 540MPa, respectively.
