大直径扩底嵌岩桩竖向承载性能

摘    要:为更好地了解大直径嵌岩桩的承载性能,对3根直径为1 000 mm的普通灌注桩和4根直径为1 600 mm(2 800 mm)的扩底桩进行了一系列静载以及自平衡试验。不同类型灌注桩的静载试验分析表明:是否注浆以及注浆量均对桩端阻力及桩侧阻力的发挥均有一定程度的影响。单位端阻力随着位移的增大呈先迅速增大后有所放缓的趋势,对于不同直径的桩其临界位移有所不同,直径为1 600 mm桩(注浆4.2 t),1 600 mm桩(注浆9.5 t)和1 000 mm直桩(注浆2.2 t)对应的临界位移分别为5.26,3.48和2.34 mm,对应的临界单位端阻力分别为3 414.6,3 414.6和3 668.8 kPa。根据实测值计算所得的1次扩底部分向上的端阻为3 423 kN,为理论计算值的0.52倍。

Abstract: To better understand the bearing performance of large-diameter piles, pull-outtest and self-balanced loading tests were conducted on 3 ordinary bored piles with diameter of 1 000 mm and 4 bored piles with secondary enlargement at the bottom of the pile with diameter of 1 600 mm (2 800 mm). The results show that post-grouting and the grouting amount have influence on both the tip resistance and side resistance of the bored pile. The unit end resistance increases quickly at first and slow down subsequently with the increase of displacement and the critical displacement is different for different types of pile. The critical displacements for piles with pile diameter of 1 600 mm (grouting amount is 4.2 t), pile diameter of 1 600 mm (grouting amount is 9.5 t), pile diameter of 1 000 mm (grouting amount is 2.2 t) are 5.26, 3.48 and 2.34 mm, respectively and the corresponding unit end resistances are 3 414.6, 3 414.6 and 3 668.8 kPa, respectively. The measured uplift unit end resistance is 0.52 times the theoretical calculation values.
