大型立式电动机机座有限元模态仿真

摘    要:应用三维建模系统建立某立式电动机机座的三维模型,根据电动机电磁耦合理论和电动机的实际工作情况,确定模型的载荷和约束。应用Msc.Nastran有限元仿真系统,对该立式电动机机座进行有限元模态仿真,获得前3阶固有频率及其振型等仿真参数,同时,对比分析不同地脚螺栓约束对机座固有频率的影响,揭示电动机振动与机座固定约束之间存在的关系,分析机座变形与应力的分布规律,确定机座在前3阶固有模态振动下的主要危险部位。研究结果表明:机座及其固定螺栓承受最大应力,是最危险的零部件;增强机座固定约束,可改善电动机的振动状况。研究结果可为立式电动机的结构设计与减振降噪提供理论依据。

Abstract: Three-dimensional models of a vertical motor were established; loads and restrictions were determined according to motor electromagnetism theory and actual running instance. Mode simulation of the motor base was carried out by finite element simulation with Msc.Nastran software, and the three lowest natural frequencies and vibration shapes based on the simulation were gotten. Effects of different number of foot bolts on natural frequencies were analyzed using contrasted method. The relationship between motor vibration and restrictions of the base was studied; laws of distortion and strain were analyzed; main destroy form and location were indexed. The simulation results of the motor base can offer theoretical base in motor damping and structure optimizing design. The base and its foot bolts bear the maximal strain, and so these bolts are the most dangerous parts of the vertical motor. It can improve vibration status of the motor to strengthen the localized restrictions of the base.
