微量Zr对Cu-Zn合金再结晶的影响

摘 要:制备了Cu 13Zn,Cu 13Zn 0.013Zr和Cu 13Zn 0.09Z 3种合金(质量分数,%),通过对这些合金在不同处理态下的硬度测定和显微组织观 察,分析了Zr对这类合金的再结晶的影响.结果表明:添加微量Zr(0.013%,质量分数)可以明显细化Cu-Zn合金热变形和冷变形后的退火再结晶晶粒;进一步提高Zr的含量(0.09%),可有效地抑制合金的动态和静态再结晶,合金的完全再结晶温度提高到500℃以上.该结果对高速列车异步牵引电动机转子专用铜合金的研制具有重要的指导意义.
Abstract: Three kinds of alloys including Cu13Zn, Cu13Zn 0.013Zr and Cu13Zn 0.09Zr were prepared. The effects of Zr on the recrystallization of these alloys were studied, with the test of hardness and microstructure in different state. It is shown that the trace addition of Zr(0.013%, mass fraction) could fine the recrystallization microstructure of the Cu Zn alloys after both hot and cold deformation. With the increase of Zr(to 0.09%), the dynamic and the static recrystallization were restrained effectively , the recrystallization temperature of the alloys increased. The complete recrystallization temperature of Cu13Zn 0.09Zr were above 500℃. The results have great instructive usage for the preparation of short circuit bar, a certain electromotor rotor material.The electromotor was prepared for the bullet train.
