济钢智能自动化维检系统的建立与应用

摘    要：针对大型钢铁企业在自动化维检方面降低维检成本、保障设备稳定运行、减少维检人员的需求,通过分析自动化维检工作内容,提出并实施了济南钢铁股份有限公司智能自动化维检系统。系统在控制层数据安全无扰采集的基础上,实现了基于Web的智能化维检,在满足企业需求的同时,搭建了一个良好的管理平台,提升了企业的维检管理水平,并为扁平化管理提供了条件。该系统已在济钢部分生产线投入运行,效果良好。

Abstract: To ensure smooth operation of equipment and reduce engaged manpower and incurred cost in the maintenance of automation system in large iron and steel factory,an intelligent automation maintenance system is proposed and implemented in Jigang on the basis of analysis on the scope and the routine of automation system maintenance work.Safe and non-disturbing data collection from control system facilitates the realization of Web-based intelligent maintenance & management system,which provides as well the support for the flat management in large industry enterprise.The system runs well now in practice on production lines of Jigang.
