摘    要:粉末注射成形(PIM)制品可能的缺陷通常是在注射成形中形成的,因此开发粉末注射成形充模过程仿真软件,对提高产品成品率和材料利用率有着重要的实际意义。利用面向对象的思想,采用统一建模语言(UML)描述PIM充模仿真软件MoldFill充模求解器MoldAnalyse的建模过程,并对该模块进行需求分析、总体设计和详细设计,建立了系统用户模型、静态模型和动态模型的各种视图和规范化文档,描述了系统的功能需求、功能流程、类的结构与关系、对象之间的交互以及输入和输出数据的格式,最终利用面向对象的编程语言实现了MoldFill的充模求解器模块。采用这种方式开发CAE软件开发,优化了开发过程,提高了软件的稳定性。

Abstract: It has great practical meaning to explore the simulation software of Powder Injection Molding (PIM) filling for improving the product yield and materials utilization, because the defects of PIM products are almost formed in the injection molding process. By the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and object oriented analyses (OOA), modeling process of the filling solver Mold Analyse in PIM filling simulation software Mold Fill is described. Requirement analyses, general design and detailed design are also made. At the same time, various views and standard documents for systemic user model, static model and dynamitic model are built up. The function requirement and function flow,instructions and relations of classification, alternation and communication between objects and I/O data format are described as well. Finally, the filling solver in Moldfill is achieved using object oriented program language. In this way to develop CAE software, the process is optimized and the stability of software is improved.
