摘    要:本文研究了辉锑矿的浮选行为与矿浆 pH、矿物表面与电位、双电层结构、浮选剂在矿物表面吸附的关系.提出辉锑矿在水溶液中,以 pH=5为界,发生两种类型的溶解、解离及水化反应、热力学计算及图解与试验结果相符.由此确定出辉锑矿在矿浆中的两类双电层模型及不同定位离子,能较好地解释辉锑矿的浮选行为.指出在酸性介质中,辉锑矿浮选少用或不用捕收剂和活化剂的可能性.

Abstract: In this paper,the change of ξ-potential values of antimonite surface in solutions withdiffe rential pH values,the adsorption of xanthate and the flotation behavior are studied.The test results show that there are two types of reactions of dissolution,dissociation andhydration on antimonite surface in aqueous solution at the boundary line of pH 5. Thethermodynamic calculation and diagram conformed to these experimental results.From this,the two types of double layer models are determined.When pH<5,the SB3+and S2-are main potential determinig ions;the antimonite has a certain natural flotability and it canbe flotated directly with xanthates;When pH>5,SbO2-anf SbS2-are main potentialdetermining ions and the flotation may be difficult with xanthates.Therefore,in weak acicmedium the flotation of the antimony sulphide ore is better and the consumption of collec-tor is lower.This point of view has Been proved by plant practice.The determinations ofadsorbspectra show that the main product of the reaction between antimonite surface andxanthate may be adsorption in antimony xanthate form,but dixanthogen is present too.
