GA+EA钢桥面铺装复合结构的高温性能与力学特性

摘    要:研究钢桥面浇注式沥青混凝土与环氧沥青混凝土(GA+EA)复合铺装结构在荷载和温度耦合下的高温性能及力学特性。分析GA层的高温流变参数,采用多尺度与子模型有限元技术建立分析最不利温度下复合铺装层结构的压应力、剪应力分布状态,并预估连续变温条件下复合结构的车辙深度及蠕变应变随时间变化情况。研究结果表明:EA层扩散了荷载中心GA层压应力,但其底受剪应力较大。双轮中央处GA层由于荷载叠加作用处于不利状态,其层底压应力达0.85 MPa。最不利连续变温条件下,EA层变形量较小,GA层占铺装结构永久变形90%以上,但总体车辙深度仅为0.32 mm。铺装结构永久变形主要产生于夏季10:00-16:00高温时段。GA+EA结构较好地利用了各自材料的优点,具有良好的高温抗永久变形性能。

Abstract: The high temperature performance and mechanical properties of composite structure constructed by gussasphalt and epoxy asphalt (GA+EA) considering coupling effect of load and temperature were studied, the rheological parameters of GA were established, and the compressive stress and shear stress of paving structure under worst temperature were analyzed by multi-scale and sub-model finite element technology. Finally, the changes of rutting depth and creep strain at the situation of continuous temperature changing were predicted. The results show that the local vertical compress stress at the center of load of GA is diffused by EA, but the shear stress on bottom of GA is large. The vertical compress stress of GA bottom under the center of double load is 0.85 MPa because of the additive effect of load. Under worse temperature changing condition, the deformation of GA accounts for above 90% of that of paving structure; however, the total rutting depth is only 0.32 mm. The permanent deformation of paving structure mainly appears at 10:00-16:00. The composite paving structure of GA+EA can utilize the advantages of GA and EA, and it has excellent performance of anti-deformation.
