基于Profibus总线的激光焊机PLC控制系统

摘 要:某公司引进的德国克莱西姆LW21L型CO2连续型激光焊机采用以西门子S7-400系列PLC为核心的分布式I/O控制系统和西门子Simodrive 611U伺服控制器,并通过Profibus总线通信,实现了伺服电动机位置和速度的闭环控制、带钢对中控制以及N2压力非线性补偿PID控制,保证了激光焊机切割和焊接的正常进行。另外,在WinCC监控系统中根据不同带钢型号设定不同焊接参数,并实现对焊接过程重要参数的监控和报警信息的在线处理,保证了激光焊机柔性、可靠地自动运行。
Abstract: A control system designed for Clecim CO2 continuous laser butt welder(type LW21L) is presented.The closed loop control of the speed and position of servo motors is realized by using the Siemens S7-400 and the Simodrive 611U that communicate via the Profibus bus.The N2 pressure nonlinear compensation PID control and centralization of strip are also implemented with the PLC system and its software control block,which guarantees the normal operations of cutting and welding of laser butt welder.The weld parameters for the different kinds of steel plate are stored in the database of the WinCC-based monitoring system and can be downloaded to controller upon practical requirement.Moreover,the alarm information and the important parameters during welding are monitored and processed in real-time,which assures flexibility,reliability and automatic running of the laser butt welder.
