摘 要:以国外引进的热膨胀测量仪为主要手段,全面地探讨了AlN材料的烧结过程.用最小二乘法回归分析了实验数据并用现有烧结理论进行了阐释,结果表明,AlN材料烧结初期的收缩是固相扩散与粘滞流动的共同作用,中后期烧结机理是以相界反应速率控制的溶解-淀析过程为主.
Abstract: In this paper,we studied the sintering process of AlN material by means of thedilatometer.The resuIts were analysed by the regression method and were compared withthe formulas of sintering rate which have been deduced.From the results,we concluded thatthe sintering mechanism of AlN material at primary stage is the combination of lattice diffu-sion and viscous flow and its sintering mechanism of later stage is the solution and reprecipi-tation controlled by the rate of boundry reaction.
