摘 要:本文采用酸溶法萃取铜-氧化铝系弥散强化无氧铜中氧化铝弥散相的超细颗粒,并进行X射线分析。研究了弥散强化无氧铜材料中弥散相的结构状态、颗粒大小及其分布,以及它们与材料性能之关系。通过X射线分析证实了CuAlO2化合物的存在是弥散强化无氧化铜焊接起泡的根本原因。所有这些为改进生产工艺,提高产品质量,提供了理论根据。
Abstract: The ultra-fine particle of dispersion phase,Al2O3,in dispersion-strengthenedoxygen-free copper were extracted by acid dissolving in Cu-Al2O3 system.Thestructure,state,particle size and its distribution,as well as the relationship betweenthe above factors and the material properties were studied by X-ray diffractionanalysis(XRDA).It was also testified that the weld blistering in dispersion-strengthened oxygen-free copper is basically caused by the existence of CuAlO2 compound.All of these provide theortetic basis for us to improve production techniqueand the product quality.
