摘 要:<正>Since the first perovskite solar cell was reported in 2009,the efficiency has increased by~6—7 times on small area devices(<1 cm2) ([1]). Due to the high efficiency and solution processability,perovskite solar cells become an emerging photovoltaic technology with great commercial potential. However,the power conversion efficiency,the lifetime,the scalable fabrication,and the manufacturing cost of solar modules are the main challenges for commercializing perovskite solar cells[2].
