摘 要:采用多层喷射共沉积工艺制备6066铝合金/15%SiC颗粒复合材料,得到了增强颗粒分布均匀、增强颗粒与基体界面洁净、基体冷凝速度高的沉积坯,沉积坯经挤压后进行T6状态处理,其力学性能为σb= 640 M Pa, σ0.2=510 MPa, E= 133 GPa,δ= 9. 4%。
Abstract: 6066Al/SiCpcomposites were developed by multi-layer spray co-deposition technology. The deposition preforms with high cooling rate were prepared. In the deposition preforms, the distribution of the reinforcing particulates is homogeneous and the interface between the reinforcing phase and the matrix is clean. After extrusion and T6 heat treatment, the materials show mechanical properties as:σb=640 MPa,σ0.2=510 MPa,E=133 GPa,δ=9.4%.
