三种不同类型矿床黄铁矿浮选行为的比较

摘 要:本文是“不同类型矿床黄铁矿的晶体特性与可浮性的关系”这一研究课题的一部分。作者探讨了产自三个不同类型矿床黄铁矿在各种调整剂存在时的浮选行为。无沫浮选试验研究表明,在正常的丁黄药浓度下,各种黄铁矿的可浮性存在着差异,它们分别受NaOH、FeSO4、CaO影响所显示的可浮性大小顺序是一致的。本文初步认为,各种黄铁矿可浮性的这些差别是矿物晶体的半导性对矿物表面形成双黄药的电化学过程动力学影响所致。
Abstract: This work is part of the fundamental study on "the relation between thecrystal characteristics of pyrites from three different types of ore depositsand their flotabilities". An investigation was made on the behaviour ofthree types of pyrites from different ore deposits in the flotation with variousmodifiers. From the results of flotation experiments with the Hallimond tube,it was shown that the flotabilities of these pyrites were different under theconditions of suitable concentration of butyl xanthate. The agreement of theorders of their flotabilities was shown when these minerals were affected byNaOH, FeSO4 and CaO respectively. The preliminary suggestion was proposedthat these differences in flotabilities might be due to the influence of thesemi-conductivity of crystal on the kinetics of the electrochemical processof the formation of dixanthogen at the pyrite surface.
