异形水力旋流器的松散机理与分级特性

摘 要:对异形水力旋流器分级特性进行了理论分析和实验研究。异形水力旋流器分级效果与工艺参数的关系总体趋势上与常规水力旋流器相同,但在量值上存在一定差异。由于颗粒在异形水力旋流器内的回转曲率半径沿轨迹发生变化,造成了颗粒沿旋流器径向振荡,有利于细粒析出,在预分级段利用异形旋流器的物料松散功能,可获得良好的分级效果。
Abstract: Theoretical analysis and experimental research about a new type hydrocyclone of abnormal structure were carried out. Its classification performance and technical parameters are the same as the normal one in collectivity trend, but different in quantity. The radial oscillation of the particles, as the result of particles changing gyration curvature radii along their tracks in hydrocyclone, is propitious to the thin particles to be separated out. It was showed that sufficient loosening of particles within the preseparation space of the abnormal structure hydrocyclone can make high classification efficiency.
