聚氨酯水分散体合成用原材料选择

摘 要:通过考察树脂水分散性、耐水性及力学性能等方面的特征,讨论了聚氨酯水分散体合成时原材料的选择.研究表明,合成中使用的聚酯二醇分子量(Mn)大小、合成预聚体时原材料的-NCO与-OH物质的量之比值(-NCO/-OH)、树脂中羰基含量、预聚体中-NCO与扩链剂中-NH2物质的量之比值(-NCO/-NH2)、中和度对聚氨酯水分散体及胶膜性能具有很重要的影响.
Abstract: Based on water dispersity,water resistance and mechanical properties of polyurethane resin,raw material selection in the synthesis of polyurethane dispersion was discussed in this paper.The result indicated that the synthesis of polyurethane dispersion and properties of its film were effected significantly by the factors such as molecular weight of polyester glyools,-NCO/-OH,the content of -COOH,-NCO/-NH2,degree of neutralization,etc.
