摘    要：论述了黄金矿山工程项目管理概念,分析了黄金矿山企业工程项目管理特点与现状,介绍了实际矿山工程项目管理案例,提出了加强黄金矿山企业工程项目管理的几点做法。

Abstract: The paper introduces the conception of project management in gold mines and analyzes the characteristics and status of the management.Several practical management cases are introduces,as well.Some countermeasures to enhance the project management in gold mines are put forward.
