氧化锰/高炉渣催化剂的丙烷氧化脱氢性能

摘 要:以攀钢高炉渣为载体,采用固体研磨法负载MnO,制备了MnO/高炉渣负载型催化剂,并以XRD、H2-TPR技术对催化剂进行表征,研究了其对丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能。试验结果表明MnO的负载量为20%时催化剂表现最好的催化性能,在500℃时丙烷转化率为17.84%,丙烯选择性为63.75%。试验为资源综合利用及减少环境污染提供了新方法。
Abstract: A series catalyst of the MnO / Pangang Blast Furnace Slag supported was prepared by solid state grinding method and characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD) and H2-TPR.Their catalytic behaviors for the oxidative dehydrogenation(ODH) of propane to propene were also investigated.The results show that they have a better catalytic activity for ODH of propane when the manganese monoxide loading is 20% and 17.84% in rate of conversion of propane and 63.75% in selectivity of propene are reached with the catalyst at 500℃.The study provides a new way in comprehensive utilization of resources and reducing environmental pollution.
