摘 要:对CuO-Al粉末预制块在不同温度下反应, 测试其温度随时间的变化曲线, 利用X射线衍射仪对其反应后的试样进行物相分析, 得出产生热爆的反应温度及不同温度下的反应产物。 结果表明, CuO-Al体系化学反应存在3个不同温度区域,即稳定区、 反应不完全区和反应完全区。 反应完全区易出现热爆现象。
Abstract: Temperaturetime analysis curves were tested and X-ray diffraction was applied to examine the specimens processed from CuO-Alpowder compacts after reaction. The reaction temperature of thermal explosion and reaction product were obtained. The re-sults show that the chemical reaction of CuO-Al system includes three stages, i.e. stable period, incomplete reaction period and com-plete reaction period in which termal explosion often occurs.
