钢绞线锚入式预制砼梁柱节点抗震性能

摘    要:针对现有等同现浇类预制混凝土梁柱节点制作要求高、施工难度大的缺点,提出一种钢绞线锚入式新型预制混凝土梁柱节点。为研究其抗震性能,对3个足尺节点进行低周反复荷载试验。研究结果表明:该新型预制节点与现浇节点相比,具有基本相当的抗震性能;其刚度、滞回耗能、等效黏滞阻尼系数在加载中前期略低,在加载后期有较大提高,甚至比现浇节点的高,变形能力达到避免倒塌的性能要求;预制梁下部架立筋局部无黏结段的构造措施效果不明显。

Abstract: A new precast beam-to-column joint with anchored prestressing strands was developed to solve the problem that manufacture and installation of conventionally emulative precast beam-to-column connections required high carefulness. Three full-scale cruciform specimens were tested under reversal cyclic loading to study their seismic performance including a monolithic reference specimen. The experimental results show that the proposed precast specimen has similar seismic resistance to the monolithic specimen. The stiffness, dissipated energy and equivalent viscous ratio of precast specimens are lower in the early stage of loading than those of the monolithic specimen, but they achieve higher level at later stage. Deformability capacity of the proposed connection can satisfy the collapse prevention level. The detail of a certain debonded length of the two bottom deformed bars in a precast beam makes little difference.
