富硼渣盐酸法制取硼酸和氢氧化镁

摘 要:采用富硼渣盐酸法来处理富硼渣,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定富硼渣盐酸浸出的最佳试验条件。针对盐酸浸出液,开发了制备硼酸联产氢氧化镁和硫酸钙工艺。研究结果表明:浸出温度为95 ℃,盐酸用量为理论用量的95%,浸出时间为40 min,浸出液固比为1:1时,B浸出率为94.60%,Mg浸出率达到90.56%。制得的硼酸纯度为99.55%,氢氧化镁的纯度达到80%以上,副产品硫酸钙纯度达到98.81%。
Abstract: Hydrochloric acid was used to decompose boron-rich slag. The boron-rich slag hydrochloric acid leaching of the best test conditions were determined by single factor experiments and orthogonal test. The process of preparation of boric acid and magnesium hydroxide cogeneration calcium sulfate was developed for dealing with hydrochloric acid leaching solution. The results show that the optimum parameters are leaching temperature of 95 ℃, the amount of hydrochloric acid of 95% of theoretical dosage, leaching time of 40 min and leaching liquid to solid ratio of 1:1. Under these conditions, the leaching rates of B and Mg are 94.60% and 90.56%, respectively. The purity of boric acid obtained by this method is 99.55%, and those of magnesium hydroxide and by-product calcium sulfate are over 80% and 98.81%, respectively.
