摘 要:采用扩散偶技术测定Nb-Cr-Hf三元系1 473 K的等温截面,借助电子探针微区成分分析方法分析Nb-Cr-Hf三元扩散偶的相区成分,并对其相关系进行研究。研究结果表明: Nb-Cr-Hf三元扩散偶在1 473 K时生成2个扩散层NbCr2和HfCr2,而且未发现三元中间化合物; Nb-Cr-Hf三元系在1 473 K时的等温截面有3个三相区:(Cr)+NbCr2+HfCr2, HfCr2+NbCr2+(Hf, Nb)和(Hf)+(Hf, Nb)+HfCr2。
Abstract: The isothermal section of Nb-Cr-Hf ternary system at 1 473 K was determined by means of diffusion triple and electron microprobe analysis. The phase relations were studied. The results show that two diffusion layers ( NbCr2and HfCr2) are formed, and no ternary compound is discovered.There are three three-phase regions found in the isothermal section of Nb-Cr-Hf ternary system at 1 473 K, (Cr)+ NbCr2+ HfCr2, HfCr2+NbCr2+(Hf, Nb) and (Hf)+(Hf,Nb)+HfCr2.
