模拟降雨下微膨胀性路基膨胀变形行为试验研究

摘    要:为分析微膨胀性填料在高速铁路中的适用性,建造1:2大比例无砟轨道微膨胀性安山岩路基,并对路基进行模拟降雨试验。通过对路基土体湿度、隆起变形进行监测,研究模拟降雨作用下无砟轨道微膨胀性路基的膨胀变形特征及其对轨道结构的影响。研究结果表明:在降雨作用下,微膨胀性安山岩路基发生隆起变形,轨道板中心线处最大隆起变形为0.901 mm;路基隆起变形沿路基横向呈非均匀分布特征,路基面隆起变形随着距路基中线距离增加而增加,而路基坡面隆起变形减小;路基内应力场与湿度场的非均匀分布特征引起路基发生不均匀隆起变形和轨道板发生翘曲变形,进而导致轨道板产生倾斜,轨道板最大倾斜角度为5.42×10-3 (°);对于微膨胀性填料路基,施加合适的上覆荷载可显著减小轨道板的隆起变形及其倾斜程度。

Abstract: To analyze the applicability of micro-expansive fillings in high-speed railways, a physical model of ballastless track subgrade was constructed on a 1:2 scale with micro-expansive andesite, and a simulated rainfall experiment was carried out on the subgrade. By monitoring the soil moisture and heave deformation of the subgrade, the swelling deformation characteristics of the micro-expansion subgrade of the ballastless track in the simulated rainfall and their influence upon the track structure were analyzed. The results show that the micro-expansive andesite subgrade undergoes heave deformation in the simulated rainfall, and the maximum heave at the centerline of the track slab is 0.901 mm.The subgrade heave presents an uneven distribution along the lateral direction of the subgrade. The heave of the subgrade surface increases with the increase of the distance from the midline of the subgrade, while the heave of the subgrade slope decreases. The uneven distributions of stress field and humidity field in the subgrade will cause uneven heave deformation of the subgrade and warp deformation of the track slab, which leads to lateral inclination of the track slab. The maximum inclination angle of the track slab during the experiment is 5.42×10–3 (°). For railway subgrades filled with micro-expansive fillings, applying appropriate overburdened load can significantly reduce the heave and inclination of the track slab.
