摘 要:建立了分析轧机辊系弹性变形的有限元方程和边界条件,在计算模型中首次考虑了辊间非线性接触摩擦,分析了在接触非线性条件下辊间载荷分布和辊缝形状的变化规律,考题计算与实验结果吻合,这为板带轧机设计、轧制工艺优化、板形控制等提供了一个高精度的分析方法。
Abstract: Numerical equation and its boundary condition for analysis of elastic deformation of rollsystem in strip mill are established by the incremental load method of FEM. In this model thenonlinear contact friction between rolls has been considered,and the influence of frictionforce on the pressure distribution between rolls and the elastic deformation of rolls systemhas been investigated.Results of calculation are consistent with that of experiment in a mill.The article provides a precise and reliable computation method for design of strip mill andmodel for flatness and profile prediction.
