面向超声检测的曲面自动测量

摘    要:针对手动超声测量中存在的测量点布置不合理、效率低、劳动强度大和测量精度不稳定等问题,提出一种超声自动测量的实现方法。其原理是:首先通过实验建立声束入射角与表面波时域特征值之间关系模型,根据机械手调整前后2个入射角计算转动关节需要偏转的角度;然后,调整探头位姿并根据反馈的对正误差来决定是否需要下一轮调整;利用已测点的三维坐标定量分析曲面曲率,并根据“曲率越大,测量点布置越密”的原理进行测量点自动规划。研究结果表明:运用该方法所得测量效率和精度高,从而验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: Due to the shortages in manual method of ultrasonic measurement, such as unreasonable layout of measurement points, inefficiency, instability of measurement accuracy and high labor intensity, an automatic measurement method based on ultrasonic was presented. The procedures of the method were as follows: Related model between angle of incidence and time-domain eigenvalue of reflect wave signal was proposed. Angles between cradle heads and normal direction of measurement point were figured out according to the two associated angles of incidence. Attitude values of mechanical arm at the survey point were gotten by solving motion equation. The feedback error of alignment would decide whether another adjustment course was needed or not. Dynamic water depth was used to judge the trend of surface generally, then transducer attitude was adjusted in order to guarantee enough ultrasonic echo signal, after precise analysis of surface’s curvature, certain measurement points were added to where surface’s curvature changed obviously. The results show that the surveying efficiency and accuracy are high using the method, which proves the method is valid.
