热处理对黑色岩系镍钼矿富集的影响

摘    要:

为给镍钼矿的选-冶结合提供理论依据,通过对镍钼矿原矿与在800 ℃中性焙烧1.5 h后镍钼矿进行X线衍射(XRD)分析;在空气气氛与氩气气氛中对镍钼矿进行差热与热重分析,并对原矿和焙烧预处理矿进行浮选实验。研究结果表明:在300~800 ℃,有氧参与的空气气氛中,镍钼矿中有机质不断燃烧,差热分析(DTA)曲线产生很大的放热峰,质量损失率达20%;而在氩气气氛中,主要发生挥发、硫化、化合等反应,放热峰很小,质量损失率为18%;当温度高于800 ℃时,空气气氛中一直发生分解反应;而氩气气氛中,当温度超过1 320 ℃时,分解反应完成,开始出现化合反应;焙烧预处理后的镍钼矿更易于浮选,精矿钼品位提高0.88%,回收率提高7.91%。

Abstract:

In order to provide theoretical foundation for the combination of separation-metallurgy of Ni-Mo ores. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis was measured for Ni-Mo crude ores roasted in 800 ℃ atmosphere for 1.5 h, differential thermal (DTA) and thermo gravimetric (TG) analysis of the Ni-Mo ores in air and argon were conducted. Simultaneously, flotation test were conducted for Ni-Mo crude ores and roasted ores. The results show that the organic matter in Ni-Mo ores burns rapidly in the air atmosphere at 300?800 ℃ and DTA curves show a big exothermic peak which indicates that the mass loss rate of the ores is 20%; reactions of volatilization, vulcanization and combination occur in the argon atmosphere, and a small exothermic peak which indicates a mass loss rate of 18% is observed. Decomposition reaction occurs all the time in the air atmosphere at above 800 ℃; while in the argon atmosphere, decomposition reaction stops and combination reaction begins when the temperature is higher than 1 320 ℃. The roasted Ni-Mo ores can be easily floated, with the molybdenum concentrate grade increasing by 0.88% and the recovery by 7.91%, respectively.
